These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MaggyeDouti.store (the "Website") and any purchase of products or services from Maggye Douti.

These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable Australian law.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

6. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on MaggyeDouti.store are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Applicable taxes, charges or delivery costs will be displayed or communicated where required.

We may change prices for future purchases at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted or required by law.

Estimated delivery periods are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:

15. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your shipping information before submitting an order.

If an incorrect address provided by the customer causes a parcel to be returned or requires redelivery, reasonable additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by our error.

16. Risk and Ownership

Risk in goods passes in accordance with applicable Australian law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you a risk that the law requires Maggye Douti to bear.

Ownership of products may pass to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been supplied, subject to applicable law.

17. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy operates in addition to your statutory rights.

A voluntary return period does not limit the period during which you may have rights relating to faulty or non-compliant goods under Australian law.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before requesting a return.

18. Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Products

If a product has a problem, your rights will depend on the nature and seriousness of the issue.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances.

Where a product has a major failure and applicable law gives you the right to choose a remedy, we will respect that right.

We will not require you to accept store credit where Australian law gives you the right to a monetary refund.

19. Change of Mind

Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a retailer to provide a refund solely because a customer changes their mind.

However, Maggye Douti may voluntarily offer change-of-mind returns under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

This voluntary policy does not reduce any statutory consumer rights.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Where the law does not permit liability to be excluded or limited, these Terms will not operate to do so.

32. No Exclusion of Consumer Rights

Any disclaimer or limitation contained on our Website or in these Terms must be read subject to your mandatory rights under Australian law.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a mandatory provision of the Australian Consumer Law, the mandatory law prevails.

33. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss or damage reasonably suffered by Maggye Douti as a direct result of your:

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are in addition to any rights expressly provided by Maggye Douti under these Terms or our store policies.
